Step 1 – Get in touch with the Aspray recruitment team to book yourself onto a discovery seminar and begin the recruitment process.
Step 2 – Selected candidates will then be invited to a meeting at Aspray head office.
Step 3 – Candidate may then be invited to start guided due diligence and market research.
Step 4 – Telephone interview with director, Andrea Loasby.
Step 5 – Formal offer and signing of the franchisee agreement.
Step 6 – Franchise launch meeting.
Step 7 – Start Broker Assess training modules.
Step 8 – Induction course.
Step 9 – JOIN A WINNING TEAM!
Step 10 – Business launch event.
The launch of your business is aimed at ensuring your local community is aware of the service you offer and understand how to access it.
Once your franchise purchase has been completed, and prior to your induction training you will meet with a senior member of the sales and marketing team in order that your business launch strategy and action plan can be finalised.
