Aspray Franchise FAQs

What do I get for my money?

You purchase the equipment and the rights to operate a business from within a defined territory location for a set term; you therefore in effect buy the profitability of a business. The challenge is to maximise the sales and profitability of the business over the period of you franchise.

Tell me more about Aspray franchise agreement

Firstly a general point. The franchise agreements are always the legal safety net underpinning the obligations of both parties. While this is an agreement between two parties, certain clauses and obligations are in place to protect the Aspray franchise network as a whole. The Aspray Franchise Agreement has been drawn up by lawyers approved by the British Franchise Association (BFA) and their thumbprint of approval means the agreement will be both well balanced, comprehensive and current. A copy of the agreement is available after you visit Aspray HQ.

Why is Aspray engaging in franchising?

Aspray has always been a growing organisation and expansion of its office network through franchising is consistent with the implementation of that strategy; it also provides a bigger distribution platform for corporate clients and insurance companies. This of course is also beneficial to the franchisee.

How long is an Aspray property services franchise?

The initial term is for five years with an option to renew at the end of that period subject to the franchisee’s continued compliance with the terms of the franchise agreement. The Aspray franchise charges only a small fee for the extension of its franchise.

Can I have more than one territory?

We only franchise one territory at a time. If you attain consistently high standards then Aspray will consider selling you additional territory.

Will I be able to sell my business in the future?

Yes, if your personal circumstances change then you may sell the remainder of your term to an Aspray approved buyer (someone who has been approved through the Aspray franchisee selection process).
