Here’s a quick introduction to our four new members of staff who have recently joined the Aspray team and supporting the Aspray network.
Andrea Loasby, Head of Sales & Marketing
Andrea joined Aspray at the beginning of June and although only 8 weeks in has already met a large number of the network and planned a new sales marketing strategy to be announced at the regional meetings in the Autumn.
For the last 16 years Andrea has worked within the Financial Services industry as both a Board Director for a national mortgage intermediary and more recently, as an Associate Director for a commercial insurance brokerage who also moved into personal lines. Andrea is a firm believer in CPD and has qualified as a Mortgage Adviser and also recently qualified to supervise in a regulated environment.
Prior to that Andrea had a number of very different but equally enjoyable roles running her own hotel for nine years, operating a bridal business and owning a beauty salon. She loved each business for different reasons and learned a lot about business and people! Andrea enjoyed developing the businesses into successful enterprises and that’s exactly what she hopes to achieve together with the Aspray team.
Andrea says “I am focusing on developing the Aspray brand within the insurance sector and will continue to develop partnerships with brokers, agents and other third parties. I have been thrilled by the response I have received so far. I am delighted to say I have achieved an unusually high sign up ratio to date and many of the new introducers are already referring claims to us – which is a good start, however we have a mountain to climb to achieve the high targets the team have set themselves, and THERE IS NO PLAN B! Failure is not an option.”
Marketing Graduate Amy is one of our newest members at Aspray head office, fresh out of Liverpool Hope University Amy provides a renewed outlook to Aspray’s marketing strategy. After studying Media for three years Amy’s expertise covers journalism, PR, marketing and radio and believes that her knowledge in a range of mediums will benefit the network. Prior to Aspray, Amy worked for a video production and project management company focusing on digital marketing strategies, copy writing and assisting on set.
Amy’s role contributes to assisting franchisees, increasing Aspray’s brand awareness, managing Aspray’s online presence and supporting Andrea (head of sales and marketing) in achieving the main objectives within Aspray’s sales and marketing plan. Amy also contributes to the training at head office, advising franchisees on social networking and PR activities.
Leanne has joined Aspray Ireland as Sales & Marketing Executive having worked in the claims industry for the last 2 years. She will be working closely with Louise O’Connor, Business Development Manager and Andrea Loasby, Head of Sales & Marketing, focusing heavily on corporate sales. She will also be assisting the individual franchisees with their local marketing activities providing them with lots of support and advice.
Leanne is highly qualified and well experienced as she has a Masters in International Business and has just completed a postgrad in Digital Media Communication.
Jeremy is one of Aspray’s newest members of staff joining the Head Office Team in August 2013. As the New Account Coordinator Jeremy’s key role is contacting prospective clients to introduce Aspray and its services and then set up meetings with key decision makers for Head of Sales and Marketing, Andrea Loasby. Jeremy’s support is vital in increasing Aspray’s brand awareness, building customer relations and strengthening the Aspray network.
Jeremy’s previous employment includes ten years retail Management experience with the likes of McDonald’s (won regional store of the year), Pizza Hut and Costcutter. Also, more recently Jeremy has spent the last two and a half years within the PPI claims industry.
