A Testament to 5-Star Outstanding Support

The 5-Star Award is granted following an in-depth survey conducted by WorkBuzz, a renowned research firm. The survey gauges satisfaction across various parameters, ensuring that only the franchises with exceptional support and performance receive this honour.

There are 6 key dimensions for which Aspray were assessed by our network of franchisees. They were:

To be awarded the 5-star franchisee satisfaction title, Aspray had to score above an industry benchmark in all categories. Survey results are anonymous and Aspray were pleased to receive a 72% response rate from our network.

Consistent Excellence

This is a third win for Aspray and each time if is wonderful to see the responses from our network. This year we were honoured to see that 100% of the responses said they were proud to be a franchisee with Aspray.

As a customer-centric organisation, it was remarkable to see that 100% of those that responded were motivated to go the extra mile for their customers. Something which is evident from the influx of exceptional 5-star reviews franchisees receive.
