The Aspray franchise network has had a tremendous 12 months, despite the ongoing pressures of the pandemic, making 2021 one of our best years to date.

The fantastic efforts of the team both in the field and at our Lancashire head office have brought successes throughout the year, from growing the network with the introduction of new franchise partners, to winning prestigious awards and, best of all, gaining outstanding feedback from customers across the UK.

Our year started with a tremendous achievement, when we were awarded the 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction award by Workbuzz, on behalf of the British Franchise Association (BFA). The award was based on the results of an anonymous survey, conducted by Workbuzz, whereby our network of franchisees provided their thoughts on the franchise, the franchisor, and their experience.

The survey was broken down into five main categories, all of which must attain a high score in order to achieve the satisfaction award.

These categories are:

  • Training and Support
  • The Franchise System
  • Culture and Relationships
  • Leadership
  • Overall Satisfaction

For over 12 months, we have been overwhelmed with the fantastic reviews’ customers have provided after using our services. Our franchise network work tirelessly to provide policyholders with outstanding service for every claim they manage, working in their best interests to gain them a fair settlement and reinstate the property as swiftly as possible.

Their hard work and dedication were recognised in September when the British Claims Awards named Aspray the winner of the ‘Outstanding Services to the Policyholder’ Award, beating out other industry leaders for the top spot.

The Aspray network has welcomed many new members over the past couple of years and one of those is Jack Parkhouse who operates Aspray (London South). One of our younger franchisees, Jack took of with a flying start, proving from day one that he was one to watch out for.

In November, Jack was the proud winner of the ‘Next Generation Franchisee’ award from the British Franchise Association. His dedication to the network, modesty and overall drive is what secured him this honour.

The Next Generation category showcases franchisees under the age of 35 who have proven they have a passion for business.
