If you operate within the insurance industry, it would have been hard to miss the return of the BIBA Conference in Manchester last week.
Following a three-year hiatus due to the covid pandemic, BIBA was back with a show that was bigger and better than ever. With talks from the likes of Huw Edwards, Andrew Marr and Andy Burnham as speakers and seminars coving everything from cyber to sustainability, there was definitely plenty to get stuck into.
Steve White, Chief Executive of BIBA said: “After an enforced break of three years, we are delighted to be able to once again run a physical BIBA Conference… Conference is widely regarded as the biggest and best networking event in the calendar for brokers.”
Representing Aspray…
On stand representing Aspray were our three Business Development Managers (BDMs): Carl Dewhurst, Dave Hinks, and Nigel Wardle. They were supported by Managing Director, James Whittle, Director, Hayley McSherry and the Aspray marketing team Anthony Gennadopoulos and Laura Edwards.
The atmosphere across the conference was fantastic and it was incredible to see so many of our existing brokers in person. Giving us a chance to catch up, find out what is new in the world of broking and remind introducers that we are here to help whenever their customers may need our service.
After such a successful show, it’s safe to say we are already looking forward to BIBA 2023!
