    Policyholders come to us at a stressful time in their lives, putting their trust in you to reinstate their property as quickly as possible. Therefore, empathy and a customer-oriented attitude are necessary.

    Being in a regulated industry requires the utmost professional conduct as a franchisee. We are looking for people with great building knowledge, who can be trusted to represent Aspray as a brand.     The Recruitment Process

    Step 1

    Initial Call

    Discuss the Aspray service and business model, your suitability for the role and financing your franchise.

    Step 2

    Zorakle Assessment

    Test your core competencies and work style against Aspray’s top performing franchisees.

    Step 3

    Business Information Meeting

    An in-depth discussion about you, the Aspray model, profit potential and financials.

    Step 4

    Research and Business Plan

    Create a business plan with research of your chosen territory and speak with existing franchisees.

    Step 5

    Directors Offer

    If both parties are happy with the submission, you will be formally offered a franchise.

    Welcome to Aspray

    You will attend Aspray head office to sign your agreement and meet the team.

    Becoming a Franchisee

    The Financials

    Aspray Franchise Package costs £35,000 +VAT and you’ll also need working capital.

    Aspray has a long-standing relationship with two banks who can lend between 70% to 75% of the total investment amount required for you to start your franchise (subject to status).

    PLEASE NOTE: You should be confident that you understand and accept all the personal and financial risks owning and growing a business can bring, before purchasing any business or franchise.

    Following the initial call with our recruitment team, you will be asked to complete the assessment, which takes around 30-minutes. Once completed, you will be emailed a full report of your work style, cultural style, and competencies, as well as your compatibility score for the Aspray network.
