Aspray is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for claims handling, and the company a leader in its field.
If your home or business has been damaged and need to make an insurance claim, Aspray can help you achieve a fair settlement from your insurer and, working with vetted contractors, we will help ensure that your property is reinstated to its pre loss condition as swiftly as possible.
The franchise agreements are of course the legal safety net underpinning the obligations of both parties. While this is an agreement between two parties, certain clauses and obligations are in place to protect the Aspray franchise network as a whole.
The Aspray Franchise Agreement has been drawn up by an award-winning lawyer who is also approved by the British Franchise Association (BFA). A copy of the agreement is available after you visit Aspray head office.
Aspray help people make successful building insurance claims. Our network of loss assessors manage the claim from notification to completion of works.
If a home or business has been damaged and is in need of repair, we help the policyholder achieve a fair settlement from their insurer. We will also instruct and oversee vetted contractors to complete the repair works to the pre loss conditions whilst minimising inconvenience and disruption to the policyholder.

The Aspray service is a much needed support for many policyholders.
The initial term is for five years with an option to renew at the end of that period, subject to the franchisee’s continued compliance with the terms of the franchise agreement.
A robust marketing strategy and first year action plan is waiting for all franchisees who attend the induction training course. Prior to induction they will meet with a senior member of our sales and marketing team to ensure a robust launch strategy is in place for their territory. There is a lot of ongoing support from the sales and marketing team to help franchisees grow their business.
In particular our Field Based Sales Development Managers offer hands on support and training to help franchisees quickly learn how to grow their business in their territory.
The SDM will also be visiting introducers in and around the franchisees territory a number of times, to help promote brand awareness and the generation of leads from local introducers.
Each Franchisee has a defined exclusive territory location based on household numbers.
We only franchise one territory at a time. If you attain consistently high standards, then Aspray will consider selling you additional territory. This can usually happen after you have worked within the network for a minimum of 1 year.
Yes, if your personal circumstances change then you may sell the remainder of your term to an Aspray approved buyer (someone who has been approved through the Aspray franchisee recruitment and selection process).
The Perfect Franchisee
Aspray look for self-motivated, professional, well presented, and credible individuals with good people skills with an ability to influence and guide others.
Applicants from all backgrounds will be considered, provided they can demonstrate the skills required to perform the role, and a “self-employed” mentality.
Franchisees usually work from home keeping overheads low. Aspray is a full time business opportunity. A small number of franchisees have set up offices outside of their home.
Aspray seek to recruit driven, and credible individuals whose skills are likely to enhance the skill set of the national network and who’s work ethic and drive matches their desire to earn a higher than average income.
We recruit by asking candidates to complete a large amount of due-diligence and a research project designed to help candidates gain the information required to understand what the franchise opportunity could potentially offer, and help Aspray choose worthy and qualifying candidates from the applications they receive.
Along with a starter pack and exclusive territory, all franchisees attend a comprehensive induction course at Aspray’s head office.
Practical knowledge is enhanced and underpinned by training modules which help give the franchisees the ability to understand the UK regulatory framework, and the technical aspects of the insurance industry, and in particular the hard work needed to build their business to the higher levels.
Potential franchisees often worry about how they will build their business, Aspray have this area well covered. The sales and marketing team use the marketing fund and other resources to promote the company’s services regionally and nationally. In addition, “hands on” support is offered post induction, whereby a Sales Development Manager will support and train the franchisee in all aspects of the sales and marketing activity requirements.
The franchise purchase fee is £28,000 + VAT; Franchisees who require funding will need to be able to demonstrate to lenders that they have a minimum of £15,000 liquid capital available to contribute to their start-up costs. Specific banks offer funding to Aspray franchisees and the Aspray recruitment team can guide you to appropriate lenders who have offered loans to franchisees in recent years. Aspray is a high-end income opportunity, seeking candidates who are used to earning in excess of £60,000 normally. Franchisees can achieve good profit margins.
You purchase the rights to operate a business using a proven business model, from within a defined territory location for a set term; you therefore in effect buy the opportunity to build a business using a specific way of working. The challenge is to maximise the sales and profitability of the business over the period of your franchise.
