Kylie previously worked for Barclaycard and due to a change in legislation, became redundant and ended up looking for a job in a crowded market.
As fate would have it, she came across the Aspray franchise on Indeed. Strong project management and organisation skills are a must as an Aspray franchise owner and this suited Kylie’s natural abilities. This, along with having renovated properties before and having a partner who works in construction made Aspray seem obvious for her next work/business venture.

About Kylie Crane

Kylie Crane won the award for ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ due to not only receiving many inspired customer reviews, both written and on video, but also because of her above and beyond work ethic.
A prime example of this was when dealing with a claim for subsidence, caused by deeply rooted trees at the front of the property. As the claim would go, the policyholder was not insured to the extent of the damage and would need to seek alternative solutions. Recognising that this customer was elderly, potentially vulnerable and had no understanding of insurance, Kylie still took the time to explain the entire situation to this customer, then arranging contractors out of her own pocket to attend to the problem trees.
This was not something required by Kylie as a loss assessor, but as someone with a great deal of empathy and understanding it was naturally something Kylie had to get involved in.
