Aspray Franchise is delighted to welcome Rebecca Dean as our new Franchise Recruitment Manager. Rebecca has been onboard since July and, now she’s settled in, has all manner of exciting things to bring to the Aspray Franchise and our highly motivated property claims management and property reinstatement-focused franchisees.
Collaboration between property claims franchisees
She is also focusing on sharing best practice and tips between our loss assessing franchisees, so that all can benefit from actual experiences and cases in the field – an on-point strategy, given that every property insurance claim, and property insurance policyholder, is unique. What Aspray franchisees do well within the field of property claims management will become models for all to follow. Achieving better collaboration between franchisees is very much Rebecca’s goal.
There is a good reason for this. Rebecca has extensive experience in the world of franchising and comes to Aspray from Snap-on UK, the market-leading, highly innovative tool retailer, with a thriving franchise estate.
Prior to that, she had a 10-year career with o2, where she worked as both a Franchise Support Manager and then Channel Manager, with responsibility for 200 retail stores. There, she created a dynamic contact strategy, with lots of touchpoints, whilst also ensuring that franchisees worked together, rather than in silos.
Recruiting the right franchisees
At Snap-on, Rebecca revised and shaped a new recruitment process, based on individuals’ behaviours and competencies, to ensure the right type of personality was recruited for the role, thus enabling them to flourish and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. That same ethos has already been brought to Aspray’s franchise recruitment strategy and processes.
Rebecca is also keen to see franchisees engaging with their local communities and assisting community projects that require either manpower, or financial support, or both. She wants the ‘above and beyond’ mentality of Aspray franchisees to become better-appreciated by those customers for whom they could be deploying this approach to property claims.
It all adds up to a really exciting time for Aspray Franchise, both for Aspray and Rebecca. As Rebecca says: “There is so much potential for Aspray, given its existing strengths as a franchise network, its highly beneficial service and its solutions-driven, can-do approach, which we need to mobilise for the benefit of both new franchisees and those with existing franchises.”
